Welcome to Computerized Business Solutions (CBS). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, software products, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Computerized Business Solutions (CBS) is an IT company established in 2003, providing ERP solutions, software development, mobile applications, websites, IT consultancy, and AI-based services. Our products include (but are not limited to) CBS Educare, AMS, ITMS, HMS, Medisoft, RMS, and other customized solutions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian laws. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

3. Services Offered

We provide:

  • ERP software for schools, hospitals, retail, and other industries
  • Web and mobile application development
  • Customized software solutions
  • AMC, licensing, hosting, and technical support services

Service details, pricing, and deliverables are defined in proposals, invoices, or agreements shared with you.

4. Payments & Billing (Razorpay)

We use Razorpay as our authorized payment gateway to collect payments online.

  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details
  • Payments may include applicable GST or taxes
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in writing
  • In case of payment failure or disputes, Razorpay’s terms and banking timelines will apply

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customized software, licenses, and implementation fees are non-refundable. AMC or subscription-based services may be cancelled as per the agreement terms. Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or attempt to hack the Services
  • Reverse engineer or resell our software without authorization
  • Upload malicious code or unlawful content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, designs, logos, trademarks, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of CBS unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

CBS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss due to third-party hosting, internet issues, or force majeure events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if you breach these Terms or misuse our systems, without prior notice.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Bihar, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
